Your First Week
A simple day-by-day framework for anyone starting completely from scratch.
- Day 1 β Sit still for five minutes. No technique required. Just stop, close your eyes, and notice what's happening inside you.
- Day 2 β Read one short sacred text. A psalm, a Zen koan, a verse of the Tao Te Ching. Let it sit with you through the day.
- Day 3 β Take the assessment. Use the Spiritual Compass assessment to understand where your instincts lean.
- Day 4 β Try one guided meditation. Visit the meditation page and use the Start Practice button on any exercise.
- Day 5 β Explore one tradition in depth. Choose the tradition from the assessment results and spend thirty minutes on its page.
- Day 6 β Create a small ritual. Light a candle, take three breaths, set an intention. Do it at the same time each day this week.
- Day 7 β Reflect. What resonated? What felt foreign? What surprised you? Write three sentences in a journal.
